Cancellation by You:
If you wish to cancel your tour, the lead name on the booking must notify us in writing by email or mail to our office. The cancellation will take effect from the day we receive this written notification. We will refund the tour cost after deducting cancellation charges as outlined below, to cover our expected loss from your cancellation.
In special cases, if you are unable to travel but can provide a valid reason (e.g., medical emergency, bereavement), we may offer to reschedule your booking to a later date, subject to availability and additional charges.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days after cancellation has been confirmed.
Changes Made by Us Before Travel:
We reserve the right to make changes to your tour program due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a significant change (such as a change in destination or departure date), we will notify you before your departure and offer you the following options:
In the case of significant changes due to events beyond our control (such as war, natural disaster, or bad weather), we are not liable for compensation but will aim to provide an alternative solution.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure):
We cannot pay compensation, reimburse expenses, or accept liability if changes or cancellations occur due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to war, terrorist activity, natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, airport closures, or industrial disputes.
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover such events.
Your Responsibility:
We want all our customers to enjoy a safe and pleasant holiday, but it’s important that you adhere to proper conduct during your trip. If your behavior or that of any member of your party affects the enjoyment or safety of other travelers or staff, or causes damage to property, we may terminate your holiday and contract without refund.
You will be held responsible for any damage you or your party cause to the accommodation or other facilities during your stay. We may also hold you liable for any costs incurred due to your actions, such as the diversion of transport or damage to property. Any legal costs we incur in pursuing a claim will be passed on to you.
For your safety, you are responsible for reporting any damages, hazards, or issues to an appropriate authority immediately upon noticing them.
Health and Safety Protocols:
We ensure that all our tours comply with health and safety regulations, including measures for COVID-19 or other health emergencies. You may be required to follow certain protocols, such as wearing masks, social distancing, or providing proof of vaccination. Failure to comply may result in termination of your tour without a refund.
Travel Insurance:
It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected incidents such as cancellations, delays, personal injury, medical expenses, or loss of baggage. We are not responsible for any costs that may arise due to your failure to obtain insurance.
Visa, Documentation, and Health Requirements:
It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your traveling party have the correct travel documents, visas, and health certificates for the country you are visiting. Failure to provide these documents may result in denied boarding or entry, for which we are not responsible.
If You Have a Complaint:
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your tour, please raise the issue with the accommodation management or tour representative as soon as possible. If the problem cannot be resolved locally, please contact our head office via the provided email or phone number.
Complaints made after the conclusion of your tour will not be entertained unless reported during the trip. In the event of a dispute, complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days of the tour's end.
